Lead major highways and rail infrastructure projects across the South East, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful delivery for public sector clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on transformational transport schemes valued at over £500M.

Altongate Graduate Programme

Start Your Career on Major Infrastructure Projects

Our structured two-year graduate programme provides exceptional early career professionals with the foundation for a successful career in infrastructure consultancy. You'll work on major projects from day one, supported by experienced mentors and a comprehensive training curriculum.

We recruit graduates in September and January each year across project management, cost management, and planning disciplines. Our graduates work in multidisciplinary teams on projects spanning transport, water, energy, and the built environment sectors.

Throughout the programme, you'll complete six-month rotations across different sectors and service lines, gaining broad exposure to our business and developing versatile skills that will serve your entire career.
